My yoga practice blends thepractice of love, flexibility, strength, balance, breath, and meditation with the beauty and grace of ballet.
After 16 years of dancing with the Joffrey Ballet, I founded Tiny Dancer Yogi to share this practice of challenging the mind and body and creating a balanced and transformational experience within through yoga classes and yoga retreats.
